My work as a sales consultant with The New Leadership, involved training and implementing the Leadership Programme.
Having completed the Leadership Programme with The New Leadership, it has provided me with a path to continue my personal development. It has helped me develop my own creativity, be more effective in management consulting and improve using my intuition more – listening to my inner voice. The learning from the programme has reinforced my commitment to continuous improvement and I firmly believe the programme can help at whatever stage you are in your life or career.
I support The New Leadership in a consulting role and the programme inspires not only on a professional level but also on a personal level, being the best version of yourself at work, but also in life. Participants in the programme often start exercising more and there I sometimes connect and support as Personal Trainer and to provide nutrition and diet services.
